Builders are being tasked with achieving LEED certification,\u201d says Andy Kim, ACC director of energy and sustainability. \u201cThese courses will provide impactful training; preparing students to directly enter the workforce with the credentials to certify these projects.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The courses, offered through the college\u2019s Continuing Education Division, include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>LEED Green Associate (GA) Exam Prep: <\/strong>A hybrid course offering self-paced study materials, a real world LEED project tour, and classroom instruction for exam preparation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>LEED AP O+M Exam Prep: <\/strong>The LEED AP Operations and Maintenance (O+M) certification preparation course addresses whole building cleaning and maintenance issues (including chemical use), recycling programs, exterior maintenance, and systems upgrades.<\/li>\n<li><strong>LEED AP BD+C Exam Prep: <\/strong>The LEED AP Building Design + Construction (BD+C) course is a hybrid class offering self-paced study materials, five webinars, a real world LEED project tour, and classroom instruction for exam preparation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tuition for the six-week courses includes books and fees.
