Watch for IRS 1095-B forms from your health insurance provider<\/h2>\n

HealthSelect and Scott & White have mailed new IRS Form 1095-B to plan participants.\u00a0The form indicates that employees or their covered dependents had health coverage during all or part of 2015, and is to be used when completing 2015 federal income tax returns.<\/p>\n

Employees who are enrolled in one of these plans who have not received the form should call HealthSelect at\u00a0866-336-9371<\/a>\u00a0or Scott & White at 800-321-7947<\/a>.<\/p>\n

ACC will mail the new IRS Form 1095-C to all full-time (30 hours\/week) employees soon. Watch for it in the mail. This form is ACC’s required verification to employees and the IRS that it offers insurance coverage to its employees.<\/p>\n

HealthSelect prescription drug annual deductible change<\/h2>\n

Effective January 1, the $50 deductible for HealthSelect prescription drug benefit coverage is based on the calendar year (January 1, 2016 to\u00a0December 31) rather than the plan year. HealthSelect participants must pay the deductible each calendar year\u00a0before they are eligible to receive prescription drug benefits.<\/p>\n

For plan year 2015 (September 1, 2014 – August 31, 2015), the $50 prescription deductible period was extended to run through the end of the calendar year (December 31, 2015).<\/p>\n
