Please watch for this important information as there are a number of changes to the benefit plans offered for next year.<\/p>\n<p>ACC will host the ERS Summer Enrollment Fair &amp; Presentation on <strong>Monday, July 25<\/strong>, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Highland Business Center, Room 201. The enrollment fair will have insurance vendors available to answer questions. The presentation will start and 10:30 a.m. and focus on changes to the ERS benefits program. The presentation will be available online for those unable to attend. Watch for more information in the next few weeks.<\/p>\n<h2>ERS \u2018Real Appeal\u2019 program<\/h2>\n<p>Employees and their covered dependents who are members of HealthSelect can access a new\u00a0online weight-loss program called Real\u00a0Appeal.\u00a0The step-by-step program teaches healthy habits that over time can lead to lasting weight loss.<\/p>\n<p>The Real Appeal program is free for employees, spouses, and dependents 18 and older who are covered by\u00a0HealthSelect of Texas. Enroll at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/member.realappeal.com\/?utm_source=referral&amp;utm_medium=pdlaunchemail&amp;utm_campaign=healthselect\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">healthselect.realappeal.com<\/a><u>.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0Real\u00a0Appeal\u00a0program provides tools to help employees achieve lasting weight loss, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A personal transformation coach who leads weekly online group sessions and provides one-one-one support to tailor a program for your needs, schedule, and goals.<\/li>\n<li>A success kit with step-by-step guides, workout DVDs and gear, recipes, and healthy kitchen cooking tools \u2014 including a personal blender \u2014 and more.<\/li>\n<li>Online and mobile app for access to\u00a0Real\u00a0Appeal\u00a0tracking tools, messaging,\u00a0and digital resources any time, from\u00a0anywhere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Real Appeal program complements the Weight Watchers at Work\u00a0program offered at Highland Business Center and Cypress Creek Campus.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, contact HealthSelect.<\/p>\n<p>For information about Weight Watchers at Work, contact Anita Ahmadi, anita.ahmadi@austincc.edu, for classes at\u00a0Highland Business Center, or Beth Prickett, beth.prickett@austincc.edu, for classes at Cypress Creek Campus.<\/p>\n<p>Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.austincc.edu\/wellness\/\">ACC Access Wellness<\/a> website at or contact Gina Akin, gina.akin@austincc.edu, for questions about other wellness programs.<\/p>\n<h2>Supervisor Certificate Program grads<\/h2>\n<p>Congratulations to the following graduates of the inaugural class of\u00a0the Supervisor Certificate Program.<\/p>\n<p>The program is designed for non-faculty employees who have limited supervisor experience and those who have identified a supervisory position in their career path.
