Stassney Lane).<\/p>\n<p>The free event will feature guest speakers, refreshments, and live music by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.austinmariachi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mariachi Estrella<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a wonderful milestone at South Austin Campus,\u201d says Tim Kelly, SAC campus manager. \u201cThe celebration honors the students, staff, and neighbors who have helped make SAC a landmark institution in the community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>South Austin Campus serves a diverse student population; 44 percent of students who attend there identify as Hispanic and 5 percent identify as African-American. According ACC student data, credit enrollment at the campus has grown 37 percent from 2,252 students in fall 2006 to 3,084 in fall 2015.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is an exciting achievement.
