Participants examined the \u201cschool-to-prison\u201d pipeline for males of color and possible interventions.<\/p>\n<p>Facilitators Arnold Chandler and Tia Martinez with San Francisco-based <a href=\"http:\/\/forwardchangeconsulting.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Forward Change Consulting<\/a> presented data to illustrate an intergenerational cycle that prevents Latino and African-American males from achieving social mobility.
