See which campuses raised the most contributions at <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.austincc.edu\/newsroom\/?p=41401&amp;preview=true\">State Employee Charitable Campaign donations surpass $61,000<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Update contact information to receive tax forms<\/h2>\n<p>Employees are encouraged to verify their contact information with ACC and the Employee Retirement System of Texas to receive important 2016 tax forms. In January ACC will send W-2 forms and the IRS 1095-C form regarding healthcare enrollment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For ACC employee records, login to Online Services and click Change Employee Information.<\/li>\n<li>For ERS, go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ers.state.tx.us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ERS website<\/a>, click Access My Account at the top of the page and login or register if you are a new user. Find the appropriate link under\u00a0My Personal Information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>TexFlex balances and claims<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-41361 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.austincc.edu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/81\/2016\/11\/TexFlexLogo-web.jpg\" alt=\"TexFlex\" width=\"200\" height=\"40\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sites.austincc.edu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/81\/2016\/11\/TexFlexLogo-web.jpg 200w, https:\/\/sites.austincc.edu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/81\/2016\/11\/TexFlexLogo-web-150x30.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you contributed to a healthcare flexible spending account (FSA) last plan year and did not use all of your funds, you can carry over a maximum of $500 from one plan year to the next. Login to your TexFlex FSA to view your carryover balance. If your balance exceeds $500, you have until December 31 to file claims for expenses that occurred before August 31. Unclaimed amounts over $500 will be forfeited unless claimed by December 31.<\/p>\n<p>The $500 carryover does not apply to TexFlex dependent care funds. Instead, funds may be used for eligible expenses that occur during a grace period between September 1 and November 15. The last day to submit claims is December 31 and any funds left in your account after that date will be forfeited.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, see the FAQs on the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.spendingaccounts.info\/texflex-fsa-adp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TexFlex website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Service anniversaries<\/h2>\n<p>The college recently hosted luncheons to recognize the dozens of employees who have marked service anniversaries with the college. <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.austincc.edu\/newsroom\/acc-celebrates-employees-for-their-long-time-service\/\">See the list of employees receiving recognition<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Get your flu shot<\/h2>\n<p>It&#8217;s flu season again and one of the best ways to prevent the flu from spreading is by getting a flu shot. HealthSelect plans fully cover the cost of an annual flu shot from network providers.
