The easy-to-navigate system offers several enhanced features, such as:<strong><em> \u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability to save and submit separate, customized applications when applying for multiple positions.<\/li>\n<li>\u200bThe ability to u\u200bpload curricula \u200bvitae, \u200bcover letters, and resumes\u00a0in\u200b a PDF format for a polished, professional appearance.<\/li>\n<li>Updated security features.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note: Information saved in e-Hire will not be transferred to e-Apply. Employees who have completed applications using e-Hire are encouraged to print and save their e-Hire application information.\u00a0e-Hire will be available until March 19.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, contact Erica Breedlove, manager of employment and outreach services, at <a href=\"mailto:ebreedlo@austincc.edu\">ebreedlo@austincc.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>\u2018Growing Resilient:\u2019 stress management for personal and professional development<\/h2>\n<p>The landscape of ACC is changing at a rapid pace. There are more campuses and new initiatives, and not always more time or resources to help. This can create stress that impacts overall health, well-being, and satisfaction with work and life. Learn how to increase your resiliency for a more productive work life and a happier personal life by attending\u00a0\u201cGrowing Resilient.\u201d<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The three-part series led by psychologist Dr. Kavita Murthy will be from\u00a0noon to 1 p.m.\u00a0on Wednesdays in April at Highland Business Center. Sessions also will be livestreamed. Employees who attend all three sessions or participate via livestream can receive professional development credit. \u00a0Sessions are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>April 5: The Practice of Resiliency &#8211; Learn how stress can impact personal and professional performance, and develop skills and strategies to become stronger, more productive, and happier.<\/li>\n<li>April 12: The Practice of Mindfulness &#8211; Developing emotional intelligence, flow, and grit.<\/li>\n<li>April 19: The Practice of Optimism &#8211; Developing a growth mindset and a positive narrative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participants are invited to bring their lunch.
