Celeste Carter is lead program director for the Advanced Technological Education Program,.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Presenter Dr. V. Celeste Carter, lead program director for the ATE Program, will discuss NSF grant programs for community and technical colleges and NSF\u2019s merit review process.
