The Austin Community College District Center for Public Policy and Political Studies (CPPPS) and Government Department cohost Constitution Signing Day 6 to 9 p.m. Monday, September 18, at Eastview Campus (3401 Webberville Rd.) in Multipurpose Room 8500 to honor the creation and adoption of the U.S. Constitution.<\/p>\n

The event will recognize the 50th<\/sup> anniversary of the landmark Supreme Court decision in Loving v. Virginia (1967) and includes a showing of the HBO documentary \u201cThe Loving Story\u201d followed by a panel discussion and question-and-answer session.<\/p>\n

The event is free and open to the community. Refreshments are provided.<\/p>\n
