Apprenticeships allow students to get experience working in their chosen career field. Austin Community College District (ACC) hosts a series of events to celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, November 13-19, 2023.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The following virtual and in-person Apprenticeship Week events are open to ACC faculty, staff, and students interested in learning more about ACC\u2019s Earn and Learn programs.<\/p>\n

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13 | ACC APPRENTICESHIP OPEN HOUSE<\/h2>\n

Students are encouraged to stop by the Apprenticeship information booths during this open house to learn all about the current and upcoming apprenticeship programs.<\/p>\n

Time:<\/strong> 11 a.m. \u2013 2 p.m.
Location:<\/strong> ACC Highland Campus, Building 1000, 2nd Floor<\/p>\n

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15 | APPRENTICESHIP 101 PRESENTATION <\/h2>\n

Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to join this online general Apprenticeship presentation on past, current, and upcoming Apprenticeship programs at ACC.<\/p>\n

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16 | VETERINARY DEPARTMENT TOUR & INFO SESSION<\/h2>\n

Students and employers are encouraged to drop in and learn how to be part of the growing Veterinary Assistant Apprenticeship Program.<\/p>\n
