ACC invites you to explore careers in health science at its annual Health Sciences Open House. This event is open to students, their families, and the community-at-large to explore the college\u2019s programs and find a rewarding career.<\/p>\n

Guests will visit innovative labs, explore simulation technology, speak with faculty and students, view live demonstrations, and learn how to get started at ACC.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have wanted to be a nurse since I was 16. Life caused me to put my dreams on hold until about two years ago. Both of my babies started school, and momma started school right with them. My ultimate goal is to become an RN and work in the cath lab. My ACC professors are so supportive and want to see us succeed. \u201cIf you apply yourself and have a good support system, there are ways to get where you want to be! When I graduated high school in 2015, I didn’t know what I wanted to do. It took me six years after high school to get here. I wouldn’t change a thing. I gained so much knowledge, skills, and friendship in college.
