ACC\u2019s intramural basketball all-stars host Australia\u2019s Doncaster College Tuesday, December 10, at the Dittmar Recreation Center (1009 W. Dittmar Rd.).<\/p>\n

The ninth annual exhibition basketball games are free and open to the public. The women\u2019s game begins at 7:30 p.m. The men\u2019s game begins at 8:45 p.m.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a wonderful opportunity for the students at ACC to display their talent and a chance to experience an \u201cInternational event\u201d facing off against all-stars from the country of Australia,\u201d says Tracy Partin, ACC intramural sports & recreation coordinator. \u201cI am proud of these students who have chosen to represent ACC in this affair.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sponsored by ACC Student Life, the college\u2019s intramural sports take place in fall and spring. More than 1,000 students are involved each year. Sports include basketball, men\u2019s and women\u2019s soccer, coed softball, and women\u2019s volleyball. Registration for the Spring will open January 13, 2020.
