Austin, TX – March 6, 2006 – This summer, the only thing local kids may not like about hip-hop dancing, gaming, interior design and CPR is that they can’t be done at the same time.<\/p>\n
The Austin Community College (ACC) Continuing Education (CE) Division has offered youth programs for several years with continued success. “ACC serves a unique role in the region, and our kids’ programs provide unique opportunities,” said Bob McGoldrick, founder of ACC’s Video Game Development program. “It’s a fun and inexpensive alternative to doing the same old thing every summer.”<\/p>\n

\nOnline Medical Transcription for College-Bound Teens (16 hour)
\nCPR (Heartsaver – 4 hour)

\nSculling (Beginners Rowing for Kids)
\nInterior Design for Teens (new)
\nCollege Planning Seminar (new)
\nHip Hop Dance Ages 10+ (new)
\nDance Classes for Kids (new)
