This prestigious award is presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur faculty and staff are the heart of ACC, and we\u2019re incredibly proud to be recognized for our commitment to their success and well-being,\u201d says ACC Chancellor Dr. Russell Lowery-Hart. \u201cThis recognition reflects our ongoing efforts to build a supportive and positive work environment, enabling us to better serve our students and advance our mission of helping them succeed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>America\u2019s Dream Employers 2025 was selected based on an independent survey of college students and employees working over the last three years for companies and institutions employing at least 1,000 employees in the U.S. from all industry sectors. Over 266,000 data points were gathered. The final score is based on how frequently ACC was named a \u201cdream employer\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>ACC has implemented numerous initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, including flexible work offerings, professional development opportunities, and wellness programs.
