Our mission at ACC is to promote student success. This idea drives our decision making at every level — even room scheduling.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Astra Schedule is a web-based scheduling tool that integrates with an institution\u2019s student information system to optimize and analyze space utilization, create \u201cwhat if\u201d scenarios, manage rooms for classes, events, resources.<\/p>\n

Ad Astra provides us with enhanced analytics that can optimize room usage across the Austin Community College District. The system makes event and section scheduling efficient and effective for Campus Managers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

How do I access Ad Astra Schedule?<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the top of ACC’s website<\/a>, click on Faculty & Staff and then click the Resources<\/a> link in the menu at the top of the page. The Room Request (Ad Astra Room Scheduling System)<\/a> link is listed in the MOST USED section. This link is also listed in the MyACC<\/a> Apps\/Tools list.<\/p>\n
