Refer to the C&amp;P Committee&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/facstaff\/organizational-reference\/shared-governance-councils-and-committees\/academic-and-student-affairs-council\/curriculum-and-programs-committee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">shared governance website<\/a> for any updates to meeting information, the link to posted minutes, and the C&amp;P Committee&#8217;s memberships list and functions. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Completed Proposal Packets are due, with all required approvals, to the Office of Curriculum Management <\/strong><b><a href=\"mailto:schedev@austincc.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">via email<\/a>&nbsp;<\/b><strong>attachment at least&nbsp;<strong>t<\/strong>wo weeks (10 working days)<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>prior to the actual meeting date.<\/strong> <br \/><strong>NOTE: Proposal packets with supporting materials should be submitted to your Dean for approval at least 3 weeks in advance of the meeting.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1Q5ZFq8hjvVUQXyJHCrx2sSpvYYxPG_iQ\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Curriculum and Programs Proposal Checklist AY 2025-26<\/a> for an outline of proposal requirements.
