participate in sports having fun and meeting new people. Rec Sports also provide structured programs that are scheduled to take place during the week, in the evenings. Club Sports are for the more serious-minded sports participants who enjoy the competition and the chance to play other schools in the designated sport. Club Sports are usually made up of high school athletes or those who played \u201cselect or AAU\u201d ball.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Do I have to have sports experience to participate in the Rec Sports program?&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>You do not have to have experience to participate in Rec Sports! The program is for everyone, all levels!<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;When are the games played?
