Online Exercise Classes- Exercise has been proven to improve your health and reduce the risk of illness. We are offering virtual exercise classes FREE for ALL ACC employees. These are live online classes hosted by some of our esteemed exercise instructors. You don’t have to be signed up to attend…Feel free to try any of the available classes and even include your family in the fun if you’d like!

Also….Did you know that Mindfulness has not only been proven to help people manage stress, but can also help to improve productivity, reduce blood pressure, improve sleep, decrease anxiety and depression, and improve immune function.
