In fact, you&#8217;ll \u00a0<strong>burn 5 TIMES more calories<\/strong> than taking the elevator. Using the stairs requires little additional time; in fact, taking the stairs might be faster. Start gradually &#8212; \u00a0take one flight at first then pick-up the elevator. After a few weeks, add two flight before you wait for an elevator.<\/p>\n<p>Campus&#8217;s across ACC encourage employees to make a healthier choice. Look for these signs next to the elevator buttons and take the challenge.
