Sept. 5: Mocktails & Mingling

Mocktails & Mingling: A Meaningful Community Conversation about Sobriety

Event flyer

This 90-minute panel discussion moderated by Christopher Rzigalinski will feature Chris Marshall (Founder of Sans Bar and ACC Addiction Counseling program alumni), Raul Garcia (ACC Professor of Human Services), Ashley Chowdhury (ACC Mental Health Counseling), and Elisha Mac Gregor (ACC student advocate and Psychology major). We will concentrate on the impacts of alcohol and substance misuse among communities of color in Austin. More importantly, the conversation will be solution-oriented, focusing on what is being done to remedy the issues, rather than detailing the issues themselves. Chris Marshall will design a signature TRHT cocktail to be served throughout the event.

Please spread the word to everyone you feel might be interested and reach out to Christopher Rzigalinski ([email protected]) with questions.
