AFA Executive Council met on February 21. (The meeting minutes will be posted on the AFA website once approved.) The AFA Compensation sub-Committee presented its final proposal of adjuncts’ LEH (“lecture equivalent hour”) rate based on the full-time 9-month salary scale. The proposed LEH rate can be viewed here. The eStaffing sub-Committee reported its plan to survey adjuncts on their issues with eStaffing. Adjuncts are encouraged to contact their Campus Representative(s) to inquire or discuss the matters further.
