New Adjunct Compensation Rates

The AFA Compensation Committee has negotiated successfully with the College Administration to increase two adjunct compensation rates for the new Fiscal Year (2022).  Effective September 1, 2021, The faculty teaching substitute rate is $93.00/hour, and the adjunct pay for shared governance committee work is $51.00/hour.  “Shared governance” work includes participation in departmental governance as well as college-wide council and committees.
