Duties include but not limited to
1. Meet and greet the guest
2. Handle reservations
3. Registration ( Check-in/Check-out)
4. Respond to guest inquiries, request, and issues in a timely, efficient manner
5. Night Audit
6. Nights and Weekends/Holidays are required
7. Hotel experience a plus, but not required
