I decided to go for an associate degree at ACC because I knew I could could get a quality education at an affordable price. Without ACC, I could not afford to go to college. I was drawn to the Paralegal Studies Program because I have wanted to go to law school since I was 12 years old – this is my way to work in that environment and really see if that’s what I want. I started in office administration to gain valuable office skills so that I could still work if I needed to between now and when I graduate. I have been out of high school for about two years and I am in my third semester. I really like that ACC has a diverse group of students and faculty as well as the smaller classes that I wouldn’t find at a big university. I plan to go for a BA later on, but for now, ACC is my home. ACC is giving me a great step toward my ultimate goals.
