Growing up, I always loved to cook and bake. Many family and friends told me I should make a career out of it. ACC has allowed me to do that without the outrageous tuition of other culinary schools. While studying in the pastry arts, one of my instructors convinced me to enter a cake show where I won second place, becoming an award winning culinary student at ACC.
