I am 24 years old and am about to start my 2nd semester of college at ACC. My life before ACC was filled with bad misfortunes and mistakes but it all led me to ACC. I graduated high school in 2004 and soon moved to Austin to work, I worked for Victoria’s Secret for 5 years, and have been on my own since I was 18. During my time alone in Austin, I got caught drunk driving and spent some time in jail. I soon got out, went back to work, got myself together, and enrolled at ACC. By going back to school, my whole life has changed for the better. I am a journalist and even write for the Accent. I have a wide open mind and can’t wait to see where ACC will lead me in the future.
