Austin Community College helped get me to where I am today. I began college at the age of 19 at ACC. However, I had to quit. Three years later, I returned as a mother and a full-time student. ACC gave me the skills I needed to prepare for a career. I liked it so much I decided to get a bachelors degree. Well, all that work has paid off. In the fall of 2010 I will be receiving my bachelors from Texas State University. I will be the first in my family with a four-year degree. Thanks ACC!
