“This opening represents years of dedication and hard work. Eatery 73 provides real-world experience to ACC’s Culinary Arts students, who gain invaluable hands-on training in restaurant operations, culinary techniques, and hospitality. This innovative restaurant enhances ACC’s commitment to offering students career-ready skills in a professional setting, while also benefiting the local community with a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

Diners will experience a rotating menu, offering a variety of dishes that cater to diverse palates and accommodate various dietary considerations.
