Spring 2027 Registration Now Open at ACC

Thinking about starting college in spring 2027? Now is the time to get ready.

Spring registration at Austin Community College District (ACC) opens in phases beginning October 12, with registration for new students beginning Friday, October 16. Getting started early gives you more time to explore programs, meet with an advisor, complete the admissions process, and find classes that fit your schedule.

The spring semester begins Tuesday, January 19.

Five Steps to Get Ready

1. Explore your options. Not sure what you want to study? Explore ACC programs and areas of study to find a degree or certificate that fits your goals.

2. Apply to ACC. If you’re a new student, apply to ACC and complete the steps to become ready for registration.

3. Meet with an advisor. Connect with an advisor to discuss your program, choose courses, and create a plan for your first semester.

4. Find your classes. Use ACC’s Course Finder to explore courses by subject, campus, instructor, class time, and availability.

5. Plan for tuition and financial aid. Explore financial aid options and review tuition, fees, and payment deadlines. If you’re eligible for ACC Free Tuition, you may still have fees or other costs to plan for.

Once You’re an ACC Student: Protect Your Account

ACC uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to help protect student accounts and personal information.

MFA adds a second step when signing in to ACC systems such as MyACC, Blackboard, and ACCmail. You may use Okta Verify, an authenticator app, or your device’s built-in security features.
