Community Spring Cleaning Event
Join us for our item swap, free food, crafts, games, & music!
Our Item Swap:
Stop by and donate items you no longer want or need, and bring home donated items you’d like for yourself. You do not have to bring something to take something home.
After the event, items left over will be driven over to Heartening Austin.

Location: Eastview Campus Courtyard and Room 2100.4
Dos & Don’ts
Do bring the following items. We will happily accept these donations:
- Shoes
- Jackets and coats
- Kitchen appliances (microwave, baking pans, jars, etc.)
- Home appliances (lamps, cushions, picture frames, etc.)
- Books
- Toys
- Small Electronics (computer, television, fans, etc.)
- School supplies (pencils, calculators, pencil case, etc.)
- Accessories (headbands, hats, scarves, etc.)
- Jewelry (Necklaces, rings, earrings, etc.)
- Instruments
- Camping equipment (tent in a bag, miniature cooking supplies, hammock, etc.)
- Pet supplies (pet bed, food bowl, collars, etc.)
- Plants
- Records
- Tools
- Complete board games/puzzles
- Art supplies
Don’t bring the following items. We ask that you keep these items at home:
- Clothes (except for jackets and coats)
- Torn, dry-rotted, or worn-out items
- Shoes missing parts (shoelaces, soles, etc.)
- No weapons
- Broken appliances
- Books with missing or torn pages
- Overused (falling part) pet supplies
- Malfunctioning electronics
- Large furniture (couch, bookcase, dining table, etc.)
- Dented instruments
- Oils, used candles, batteries, poisons, needles, etc
- Combustibles
- Used makeup
- Incomplete board games/puzzles
