What is Your Why?

Overview

Enhance your team’s collaborative dynamic with this workshop grounded in the research of leadership coach and inspirational speaker Simon Sinek. Participants will build camaraderie by finding their individual, team, and departmental purposes by rethinking the “whys” that drive them. Our goal is to help every Austin Community College employee find unique relationships to the 3 Cs of collaboration, connection, and caring in their mission to serve students.
