Fashion Innovation in the heart of Austin
The ACC Fashion Incubator trains emerging local fashion brands and connects them to resources in manufacturing, sourcing, design, and technology in Central Texas. It is a unique non-credit program for fashion entrepreneurship with a hallmark Designer-in-Residence program that provides a 12-month intensive curriculum to translate your creativity to a fashion brand. Designers also rent studio space and receive access to fashion technology, business coaching, industry networking, and market access.
For Designers
The Fashion Incubator is always looking for talented local designers. The residency program provides the space and resources you need to grow your fashion business.
Thanks to our partnership with Gerber Technology, designers have access to state of the art technologies, such as:
- Juki industrial sewing machines
- Silhouette digitizing tables
- Accumark 2D and 3D pattern-making software
- Gerbercutter Z1 computer-controlled automatic cutter
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Admission is competitive and juried by committee.
