LAB BENCH
Lab benches are located in one of four shared labs, offering a designated spot for your company and for the storage of your consumables, reagents, and any proprietary equipment. Lab bench leases provide access to the entire facility and the $1.6M in high-end instrumentation and equipment.

ISO 8 CLEAN ROOM
The Incubator features two private ISO 8 clean rooms, each 400 sq. ft., equipped with gowning rooms and direct gas access via specialized plumbing. These spaces provide a contaminant-free environment and are exclusively leased to individual companies.
*Additionally, companies can lease a bench to gain access to the facility’s advanced equipment.
