The Web Redesign initiative advanced significantly through a successful on-site Visioning
Session, extensive stakeholder interviews, and continued coordination with iFactory. Employees
across roles and functions engaged deeply in student journey discussions, validating the need
to simplify pathways, reduce content sprawl, and clearly distinguish the public website from a
student portal and employee intranet.
