Does this course transfer?
Send your transcript to admissions so it can be evaluated. Students who took a course at ACC do not need to submit a transcript.
What if my prerequisite or corequisites were taken more than 5 years ago?
- Only A&P II and Microbiology are subject to the 5-year rule. Other courses do not have an expiration date.

What if I made a "D" on a prerequisite of a corequisite course?
A grade of “C” or better is required for all prerequisite and corequisite courses.
Does the program run through the summer?
Yes, mobility courses are taken in the Fall, Spring, & Summer semesters.
Do I have to attend classes in person?
- The program will be delivered in a hybrid format and may also have the ability to be viewed online from home.
- Some activities will have mandatory attendance, including exams, labs, and simulations. A calendar will be provided at the beginning of the semester.
Where do I submit my application?
Please apply online through the Mobility Track Application.
When are applications accepted?
Applications will be accepted twice a year in the Fall and Spring.

How many students are accepted each semester?
- At least 24 students will be accepted in Spring 2026, with plans to increase the number of spots available each semester.
- The number of students may be based on the number of applications.
Where do I submit my documents?
You submit your documents to CastleBranch and include the following:
- Immunization documents
- Info Session Post Test
- Technical Standards Form
- Copy of an active healthcare license
What do I need to submit to apply?
Application, TEAS score, and a screenshot of completed CastleBranch requirements.
What if I have a license in a state other than Texas?
You will need to apply for a license in Texas.
What if my license expires during the program?
You must have an active license in Texas throughout the program for the Mobility Track.
