Pass/Fail Grades and HESI Testing for Associate Degree Nursing Applicants

In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) impact on classes, Austin Community College will offer a Pass/No Pass option for students who enrolled in the Spring 2020 semester.

Please note that if a student opts for the “P” grade, it will not be calculated in determining the GPA for ranking purposes and could impact your total ranking. For questions regarding choosing a “P” versus a performance grade (A,B or C), please contact the Associate Degree Nursing program at [email protected].

We will not be counting HESI scores for Mobility Fall 2021, Traditional Fall 2021, Traditional Spring 2021, and Traditional Spring 2022 application cycles only. We will not refund any HESI testing that was completed previously.

This is an evolving and changing process and all information is subject to change. Please continue to monitor our website and your emails.
