St. David’s HealthCare Mandatory Orientation Module

Austin Community College Health Sciences Students will follow the St. David’s HealthCare Partnership (SDHP) safety guidelines. The following test was designed by SDHP and adapted for use at ACC.

Before starting the test, please download and read the St. David’s HealthCare College Student Orientation Manual. Kindly refrain from printing the manual if you are able. The following test is based off of information contained in the manual, so read closely!

Upon successful completion of the test, you will be asked for verification information to send to your specific Program Coordinator. Make sure to follow the instructions on the confirmation email that you will receive after the test.

  • TEAS Testing Requirements for Health Sciences Applicants

    A TEAS Exam score is required to apply to the following programs: Dental Hygiene, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Radiology, and Vocational Nursing.

    If you are not applying to one of the programs above, then you are not required to take the TEAS Exam at this time. Please refer to the Application Process page for your program to see all application requirements.

    All students who have not been accepted into an ACC Health Sciences program should declare General Studies in Pre-Health Sciences (Associate of Science) for their major. Once accepted into a program, the student's major will be updated.
