Preparing students for specialized careers
Opened in 2013, ACC’s Elgin Campus is the first college campus in Bastrop County. It enrolls hundreds of students in Early College High School, transferable core curriculum courses, college-readiness classes, and offers a degree in Veterinary Technology.
The 2014 Bond Program funds the construction of a specialized facility necessary to grow Veterinary Technology and the new Sustainable Agriculture Entrepreneurship program.

ACC will host a ceremonial groundbreaking for the new Elgin Campus facilities on Tuesday, October 11, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on the campus grounds (1501 W. U.S. Hwy. 290, Elgin).
