Austin Community College District values the health and welfare of its students.
Administrative Rule
- Students are responsible for the provisions and maintenance of their individual health needs.
- While the College does not provide direct health services to students, the College has selected, through competitive bidding, a preferred insurance agent for students who wish to purchase their own health insurance.
- Students should report health care emergencies immediately to a College employee or to the Campus Police. Emergency medical services will be dispatched if the situation warrants.
