The pandemic forced many small business owners to adopt new technology to stay competitive. Latino and other minority business owners were especially impacted by the need to upskill their workforce to meet the new digital landscape. This article recognizes Austin Community College as a leader in the development of its digital skills program and its commitment to its Hispanic students. ACC is among the top 25 community colleges for Hispanics and has earned the Seal of Excelencia certification.
