Due to public safety concerns, applications will not be accepted in person until further notice.
Effective immediately, applicants for all Health Sciences programs except Associate Degree Nursing, Mobility Nursing, and RN-to-BSN, Physical Therapist Assistant and Occupational Therapy Assistant should follow these instructions when submitting their application and supporting documents:
- Submit a scanned paper version of your application (plus any additional documents required by the program that cannot be uploaded to CastleBranch) to [email protected]. It is permissible to open any sealed envelopes to meet this request.
- Immunization and some supporting documentation will need to be uploaded to CastleBranch. Confirmation of application acceptance will be emailed to the address on the application once CastleBranch documentation has been confirmed. Please allow 5 business days minimum for a response.
Applicants for Associate Degree Nursing, Mobility Nursing, and RN-to-BSN should continue to use the Google Forms application specifically designed for their program. Applicants for Physical Therapist Assistant and Occupational Therapy Assistant should use the CAS system as outlined on their program sites.

TEAS Testing Requirements for Health Sciences Applicants
A TEAS Exam score is required to apply to the following programs: Dental Hygiene, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Radiology, and Vocational Nursing.
If you are not applying to one of the programs above, then you are not required to take the TEAS Exam at this time. Please refer to the Application Process page for your program to see all application requirements.

All students who have not been accepted into an ACC Health Sciences program should declare General Studies in Pre-Health Sciences (Associate of Science) for their major. Once accepted into a program, the student's major will be updated.
