We serve all Austin and surrounding Central Texas areas. Job Description Welder / Fabricator – Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) Superior Stairs Limited is seeking a dependable and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. We design, fabricate, and install custom stair and railing systems for residential and commercial projects throughout Austin and the surrounding Central Texas area. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, values teamwork, and wants to build a long-term career. Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience) Requirements * Minimum 1 year of welding experience required * Experience with MIG welding (TIG experience is a plus) * Strong math and measurement skills (required) * Ability to accurately read a tape measure and work with fractions * Ability to read shop drawings and fabrication plans * Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and understanding) * Valid Texas Driver’s License * Reliable transportation and a truck * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States * Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fabrication shop environment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Positive attitude and team-player mentality * Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated * Ability to pass a drug screening Responsibilities * Fabricate and weld custom stair and railing systems * Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials accurately * Grind, prep, and finish welds to company standards * Assist with field installations when needed * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Work with shop and installation teams to complete projects on schedule * Follow all company safety procedures and policies Benefits * Full-time, year-round employment (40 hours per week) * Competitive pay: $20–$25 per hour * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Paid holidays * Overtime opportunities * Stable and growing company * Opportunity for advancement Our Culture Superior Stairs Limited is a positive, drama-free workplace where people treat each other with respect, work as a team, and take pride in doing quality work.
