Value Statement

The Austin Community College District (“ACC” or “the College”) will provide reasonable access to copiers for faculty, staff, and students.  The College will periodically solicit bids for its copier leasing service to ensure competitive pricing.  Levels of copier service will be established based upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, campus size, volume, and location for multi-user accessibility.

Administrative Rule

Requests for additional copiers and upgrades must be made in writing, with the appropriate justification, by submitting a printer/copier request form for approval by the Director, Campus Operations.

Review of requests will include the following:

  1. Impact of new equipment cost on the College’s leasing contract
  2. Accessibility to large capacity copiers
  3. Usage type: (multi-user or departmental use only)
