Austin Community College District will provide reasonable access to copiers for faculty, staff, and students. The College will periodically bid its copier services to ensure competitive pricing. Levels of copier service will be established based upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, campus size, volume, and location for multi-user accessibility.
Requests for additional copiers and upgrades must be made in writing, with the appropriate justification, to the immediate supervisor and forwarded to the appropriate Campus Manager. Approval by the Director, Student Support and Success is required.
Review of requests will include the following:
- Impact of new equipment cost on the College’s leasing contract
- Accessibility to large capacity copiers
