At their November 2 regular meeting, the Austin Community College (ACC) Board of Trustees heard proposals from the three architectural/engineering firm finalists for Elgin Campus Phase 2 — O’Connell Robertson, BLGY Architecture, and Architecture Plus. The board is expected to make a selection in December.
