ACC’s Board of Trustees selected O’Connell Robertson as the architect/engineering team for Elgin Campus Phase 2. The firm, one of three finalists considered out of the four submitted proposals, oversaw Phase 1 at Elgin Campus previously. The board will next review candidates for the construction manager at-risk for Phase 2. Selection is expected by February.
