Linda Smarzik and Ann Fant-Saez joined Abra McAndrew from the University of Arizona and Ashley Bianchi from Williams College on an online panel hosted by Inside Higher Ed to discuss their programs that provide digital skills to their students with equity in mind. The event opened with a presentation from Michelle Van Noy, director of the Education and Employment Research Center at Rutgers University, followed by a discussion on the challenges of ensuring students obtain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the workforce with an emphasis on equity for all student populations.
