This session showcased the innovative efforts happening across Texas by those dedicated to enhancing digital information literacy among varying populations across the state. This session brought together representatives from key Texas organizations and institutions to share their successful programs and initiatives aimed at equipping individuals with the necessary skills to thrive in a digital society. Digital information literacy is more than just knowing how to use technology; it encompasses the ability to find, evaluate, and use information effectively. This panel discussed current challenges, initiatives, collaborative approaches, and future directions. Attendees gained inspiration for how to take action in their own communities. Together, we can empower all Texans to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
