At the end of the video, you will find information for sending the Completion Code to the Sonography Programs email address:

Note: CastleBranch will show “Rejected” because you have not submitted the Online Information Session Verification email with the correct stamp, but the Program will manually change that to “Accepted” when all applications are reviewed (after June 26, 2020).

Attend an Onsite Sonography Programs Information Session as soon as possible if you are planning to apply to a Sonography Program. Registration and attendance is required to apply. This session will provide additional information and discussion about the Sonography profession, expectations of a student in a Sonography Program, and opportunities to ask questions of current students, graduates, and employers/sonography supervisors.

You will not receive a confirmation email for your registration. Registration is used only to ensure that an appropriately sized room is arranged for each Onsite Information Session.

You must bring your Online Sonography Programs Information Session Post-Test Verification email receipt to this session. Admission to the session may be denied if you do not have the email receipt. You should also bring a pen and highlighter with you.

Onsite Sonography Programs Information Sessions are held on the Saturday dates, campuses, and rooms listed below. You may bring one adult with you to the Session. No children are allowed. To access the Registration form, click here.
