Administrative Rule
Unless otherwise exempt or waived by requirements of the State of Texas, Austin Community College refers students to developmental education when state approved assessment test results indicate that developmental education is necessary. The placement requirement shall be fulfilled for reading and/or writing according to Administrative Rules 5.0601.15 and 5.0601.16 and for math according to Administrative Rule 5.0601.20.
