After another lengthy discussion, the Board finally approved the FY 23 compensation package and budget last night.  The Board focused on creating a tiered compensation package weighted toward the lowest paid employees. We can all agree that the cost of living in Austin is skyrocketing and ACC should pay all employees a living wage. The approved budget gives raises between 22% and 3.75% across the district. Read below for more details. Enjoy your final weeks of summer!
